Having never played the first game, or ever been much good at RTS anyway, I'm pretty crap at Starcraft 2.
But I finally got the balls to try the multiplayer, and I actually won.

So, Gaia is having a summer "event" (and by "event" they mean annoying thing that you have to do if you want to get free swag...) that is essentially Oregon Trail with Airships. Two things made me laugh while playing it. One, my current guide.

and one of my party contracted dysentery. Thankfully, thanks to the miracle of modern medicine, I was able to heal him, but I'm like "They had to throw that one in there, didn't they?"

It's just not Oregon Trail until at least one person contracts Dysentery.
I got a sub from my favorite sub place of all time today. OF ALL TIME.
Now if only they would switch back to using real onions for their onion rings instead of the crappy stuff everyone seems to use now-a-days.

I'm still alive after spinning out on the Interstate in my dad's truck.
And i didn't hit anyone, and no one hit me. There is cosmetic damage to the truck though.
But I'm alive, and unhurt even.

Definitely glad you're okay.
Had something similar happen to me once. Spun out after doing a fish-tail around some asshole who pulled out in front of me and came to a dead stop half-way across my lane... on a one-lane road...
I managed to not hit anything, but I was damn scared. Up until about 5 seconds after I stopped. Then I just wanted to beat the other guy's face in with my mag-lite flashlight.

Airshow yesterday. Was within 100 m of a B-2 stealth bomber. A mock dogfight between early Korean War era planes, one American and one Russian, complete with Russian pilot. Firing blanks and fireworks on the runway, was close enough some of the fireworks landed in my drink, was awsome.
That was followed up by another demolition derby. Some good hits, car fires, etc. All of this completely offset the fact that when we dropped off my friend he stepped on a dead cat. Oh, and the sun burn, that too.

I gave my brother shit for having two late night parties this weekend, then not cleaning up after himself. But that's not what made me feel giddy.
I took pictures of the messes, and emailed them to our parents. I predict a very serious phone call to come in sometime this evening.
